Great pictures help sell homes. I take pictures of each room from different angles with a wide angle lens, bring lighting equipment with me, and focus on the best features within the house.
As for the outside, I take pictures from many perspectives and at different focal lengths to give you many choices for your MLS listing images. Up to 250 hi-res digital images will be either transferred directly to your computer or laptop immediately after the photo shoot or they can be uploaded to a temporary Dropbox album for you to download the following day.
I photograph homes for sale in the Sugar Land, New Territory, Pecan Grove, Houston, Rosenberg, Greatwood, Missouri City, Stafford, Cinco Ranch, Katy, Fulshear, and Richmond, TX areas.
In addition to real estate photography, video clips of your home or a video tour can also be shot at no extra charge.

$150 for homes up to 2,400 square feet.
$200 for homes up to 3,000 square feet.
$250 for homes up to 6,000 square feet.
$350 for homes up to 10,000 square feet.
$450 for homes up to 20,000 square feet.
